Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to YesWelder

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
